Built Around People. United by Games.
Welcome to the Cult of the Firefly.
We're more than a Discord server.
More than a clan.
More than a place to find a fireteam.
The Cult of the Firefly is a community built for people who believe gaming is at its best when it's shared.
Whether you're stepping into your very first raid, chasing endgame challenges, creating content, or simply looking for people to spend time with, you'll find a place here.
We believe communities should be measured by the friendships they create, not the numbers they display.
Every event we organise.
Every guide we write.
Every conversation we have.
Every project we build.
Exists for one purpose:
To make the Cult of the Firefly a place people are proud to call home.

The roles and structure that keep the Cult of the Firefly running.
The structure of the Cult of the Firefly exists to support the community—not to create unnecessary hierarchy.
Every role exists because it helps make the Cult of the Firefly a better place for everyone.
Leadership is measured by responsibility, service, and contribution, not by status.
Whether you're joining today or have been here since the beginning, every member is an important part of what makes the Cult of the Firefly special.
The Founder is responsible for the long-term vision and direction of the Cult of the Firefly.
This includes the community itself, the website, Discord, events, future software projects, and ensuring that every decision reflects the Cult of the Firefly's philosophy and values.
The Founder serves the community just like every other leadership role.
Current Founder:
Leadership oversees the different areas of the Cult of the Firefly.
Each leader is responsible for helping their area grow while protecting the culture that makes the Cult of the Firefly unique.
Leadership members may choose one of two equivalent titles:
A lore-inspired leadership title for members who enjoy the Cult of the Firefly's Destiny-inspired identity.
A traditional leadership title for members who prefer a more conventional designation.
Both titles carry exactly the same responsibility and authority.
The choice is entirely personal.
Current Leadership:
Sherpas are the teachers of the Cult of the Firefly.
They help players experience content, understand mechanics, improve their skills, and become confident enough to help others in return.
A Sherpa's role isn't to carry people.
It's to teach them.
Great Sherpas don't create followers.
They create future teachers.
The Event Team plans, organises, and hosts community activities for the Cult of the Firefly.
From weekly raid nights to large-scale community events, they help create opportunities for members to play together and build friendships.
Events are designed to be welcoming, enjoyable, and accessible to everyone.
Creators help showcase Firefly Cult Studios beyond the community itself.
Whether through streaming, videos, artwork, photography, writing, guides, or software development, creators help tell the story of the Cult of the Firefly and inspire others to get involved.
Every creator brings something unique to the community.
Community Champions are members who consistently embody the values of the Cult of the Firefly.
They may not hold a formal leadership role, but they regularly welcome new members, answer questions, organise activities, and make the Cult of the Firefly a better place through their actions.
Leadership is earned through service.
Community Champions demonstrate that every day.
Members are the heart of the Cult of the Firefly.
Without them, the Cult of the Firefly wouldn't exist.
Every friendship formed.
Every raid completed.
Every event enjoyed.
Every guide shared.
Every laugh.
Every memory.
They all begin with members choosing to spend their time together.
Every member matters.
Every voice matters.
Every person belongs.
The Cult of the Firefly believes leadership should grow from within the community.
Many future leaders will begin as members.
They'll become regulars.
Then helpers.
Then Sherpas.
Then organisers.
Then leaders.
Leadership isn't something people are given.
It's something they earn through consistency, kindness, and a genuine desire to help others.
The Cult of the Firefly supports many different interests.
Different games.
Different skills.
Different backgrounds.
Different experiences.
But regardless of where someone joins the community...
We all stand beneath the same Firefly banner.
We're one community.
Built around people.
United by games.
Driven by community.
The structure of the Cult of the Firefly exists to support people, encourage growth, and ensure every member has the opportunity to contribute, belong, and help shape the future of the community.
